Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their exciting team and help contribute to the company's continual growth.
The role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be managing a selection of Key Accounts and grow annual revenue to achieve target.
Responsibilities will include:
· Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs and requirements
· Communicating with Key Accounts, addressing any concerns and resolving queries
· Negotiating and closing SLA's and Contract Hire agreements
· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
· Prepare and present quarterly reports for each Key Account
· Identify new business targets and develop to Key Account status
· Build strong relationships with all identified Key Accounts
· Serve as a link between Key Accounts and internal teams
Key Skills and Experience:
·A strong track record of delivering growth in a Key Account and Business Development environment
· Strong presentation skills
· Excellent organisation skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
· Excellent diary and territory management
