- C&P are delighted to be working with our client a leading groundworks contractor who are looking to add an experienced Civils Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Edinburgh.
Due to a number of long term contract wins and planned growth within the business they are now ready to make another key hire in the form of a full time Quantity Surveyor.
Projects they work on are primarily in Edinburgh city centre both residential and commercial with values from £500k- £2 million +.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and they see this position progressing to Commercial Manager/Director as the company grows.
Your duties will include:- Management of all active projects (roughly 4 live projects at varying stages) from a commercial stand point.
- Reviewing tenders before submission with Estimator
- Valuations, measurements,contractual duties
- Office/Home based with site visits as required
