- C&P recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity for an Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning bespoke housing developer delivering new build homes across the Central Belt of Scotland.
This company have a number of developments on the go and you would be joining an experienced friendly team who can provide the support and development you will need as you progress from assistant to managing your own projects in the future.
Your main duties will be to assist members of the team with all aspects of Quantity Surveying from initial valuations to final accounts, the role will be based out of the office with site visits as required.
Must have- BSC in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience
- Ideally 1-2 years within housebuilding
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
- Self-starter and pro-active approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
