- Description
- I am currently looking for a Specification Manager for a successful Partitioning Company to be based out of there office in Glasgow with travel around Scotland when required.
This position is looking to start asap with interviews taking place in the next few weeks.
The Role
- Responsible for promoting all Products and services to Architects and specifiers in order to drive and win new business and secure projects.
- Assist Business Development Managers in their pursuit of new business
- Maintain an up to date and in depth knowledge of all products and services on offer
- Creat and deliver presentations to architects and specifiers to promote the Company’s products and services with confidence and commitment
- Produce proposals to clients and potential clients
- Communicate with all relevant departments and client contacts to maintain good relationships
- A keen understanding of architecture/interior design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- An understanding of the construction industry and its processes
- Able to write NBS specifications
- Strong relationship building skills and people management
