- Description
- I am currently working on behalf of a succesful Building company specialised in new build, restoration, and refurbishments lookking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team
The position is permanent, and there is a generous salary and package on
Main Duties
- Control all financial aspects of the job
- Work alongside the Director, Project Managers and Site Managers on financial and legal aspects to reduce overall risk
- Produce and maintain an accurate cash flow forecast based on the project programme and update as and when required
- To identify the best work packages and subcontractors and agree the same with contract and site managers
- Produce detailed cost plans for the Project and issue valuations in accordance with the contract documents, including cost valuation reconciliation to the Accounts Manager
- An excellent communicator and problem solver
- An analytical thinker
- Confident in their use of Microsoft office, specifically Excel
- Give clear concise unbiased information
- Have a Quantity Surveying Degree
- From a main contracting background
