- My client is a Large successful Energy Services company based in West Lothian
This is an exctiing time to be joining as they have have had year on year growth and have secured large contracts for the year ahead
In this role you will be responsible for drafting and executing contracts, cost and variation works, and organisation of labour with suppliers
Duties
- Draft Negoitiate and execute contracts
- Work alongside other members of staff on contractual matters (finance,supply chain, project managers)
- Order materials and organise Labour with the relevant supplier ensuring the most cost effective rate possible is negotiated
- Ensure that all costs are logged and monitored and accurate records maintained
- Cost and quote any variation works required
- At least 5 years’ experience within Contract Management role.
- Current gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1.
- National certificate in plumbing/heating.
- Unvented hot water.
- Water bylaws 2000.
- OFTEC Oil and Renewables Training
- Degree or Graduate Diploma in relevant subject (Desirable, not essential).
- Planning and Organising (Scheduling own workload, keeping to reporting deadlines).
- IT skills (desirable as training would be provided)
