- I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client to
to lead on the delivery of a number of high-end, residential and retail mixed developments in the centre of Edinburgh

Duties
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Managing site team & overseeing health & safety on site
- Planning and programming
- Managing, ordering and delivery of materials
- Liaising with Clients, Commercial, Sales and Design Teams
- Delivering a high quality product from start to finish
- Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered
- Previous experience of delivering similar projects including flatted developments, student accommodation, commercial and retail projects
- A background in Trades or equivalent academic qualification, Degree in Construction Project Management combined with a number of years’ experience in front end delivery
- Ability to communicate with Customers, Managers, Surveyors and Subcontractors at all levels
- Current knowledge of health and safety on site
- Ability and drive to meet and exceed targets
Must hold
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS 5 day course
- Proficient IT user
- Excellent customer care and client facing skills
- Desire to produce a high quality product
