- Description
- C&P are currently working on behalf of a large housing association in order to source an Assistant Trades Ops Manager. The person will be responsible for dealing with in house trades and sub contractors and assisting with the delegation of works on housing stock. You will also act as a point of contact for customers who have queries regarding works so much have a customer facing attitude.
It is essential that candidates have a trades background and a track record for managing teams of tradesmana nd allocating work perhaps in a site manager/supervispor capacity. Previous experience in the public sector and a full drivers license would be preferred.
