The Role & the company
I am currently looking for a building maintenance surveyor for an established housing provider in Edinburgh.
The company are known for their attention to detail and quality of service they provide, an opportunity to work with them is definitely not one to be missed.
Works will include conducting surveys of properties and liasing with contractors in order to get repairs fixed promptly for tenants.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who enjoys using their expertise to help others, providing advise on maintenance issues in properties in order to improve the quality of housing for tenants.
This is an initial 8/9 month contract looking to start at the beginning of September.
Have you had experience in visiting properties to inspect faults? Dealt with other contractors in order to get building works completed on time and to a high standard? Have a professional approach and a customer facing attitude?
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial and candidates must have a drivers license as the role will include travelling between properties on a daily basis.
