- Description
- Leading firm of Surveyors seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team as part of a planned business expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building Surveying Inspection Reports.
- Handling instructions and maintaining records of work.
- Carrying out Schedules of Dilapidations.
- Contract Administration.
- Defect Diagnosis & Analysis.
- Landlord Consent Applications.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes: ·
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor.
- At least 3 years' post qualification experience within a relevant role.
- Proven track record working with, private and public-sector clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
