- The Vacancy
I currently have two clients who have a need for site managers for sites in central edinburgh that are set to start in the last weeks of this month. The projects, are in both the residential and commercial sectors thus experience in these sectors would be preffered.
A competive hourly rate will be paid for the correct candidate and experience, although this is only a short term position there is potential for it to lead onto longer term work.
The Canddiate
In order to be accepted for this vacancy the candidate must be able to display relevant experience.
- 3+ years minmum in a site managers capacity in either the commerical sector or residential fit outs.
- Have obtained the relevant qualifications, SMSTS (any relevant health and saftey/construction tickets would be a bonus)
- Relevant referees and their contact details
