Description
Local authority seeking an experienced project/development manager to join their team as part of a planned expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation and delivery of new build housing projects.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Previous project management experience within building and construction

Proven track record working on new build housing

Experience of contract management

Experience of project planning and project funding

Full UK Driving Licence

Previous regeneration work would be desirable, but is not essential.
