- The Client and Role
My Client, an Edinburgh based firm, are currently looking to recruit an Architectural Technician on a contract basis, to work on several residential projects that they have recently taken on, to assist alongside their in house team.
This is a great oppurtunity for applicants looking to further their career and get their foot in the door with a company that is involved in some very exciting projects. The role is on a contract basis but there is the potential to join the company on a full time basis further down the line.
The Candidate
To be considered for this position, the following requirements are needed:
- Qualified Architectural Technician (HNC / HND Architectural Technology)
- 3+ years' post qualified experience.
- Experience with Scottish Building Systems, Regulations and construction methods, i.e timber frame, metsec etc.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD & Revit.
