Description
Edinburgh bases civils company seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join their team a part of a planned development strategy. 

Duties will include:
- Assisting on Sub-Contract agreements with Sub-Contractors, at this time maximising
- Profit via price betterment/Main Contractor discount
 Re-measuring work using site measurement, measurement from drawings
- Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations
- Valuing variations
- Pricing Dayworks

The sucessful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of an HND in Quantity Surveying
- Previous civils experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own under own initiative
- Full UK Driving licence
