Our Client is a prestigious residential developer who specialise in the acquisition and refurbishment of high end Victorian and Georgian properties across Edinburgh City Centre. Their projects are always delivered with incredible attention to detail and a truly bespoke finish. Having several decades of experience within this specialised field and their incredibly professional approach has allowed them to build an established reputation as a premium developer.
The Position:
Their latest project requires a Site Manager with advanced experience in managing and delivering multi unit residential projects. This new venture will entail refurbishing and renovating 12 townhouses in Edinburgh. This exciting project will be both a challenge and extremely rewarding giving the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a trend setting company and working on stunning sites that only very few site managers will have the opportunity run.
The Candidate:
Our client and their projects are far from your run of the mill housing development, thus the candidate that our client is looking for will ideally have experience in refurbing high end residential units and have managed and delivered projects with a £2m+ fee.
Duties:
- Manage and monitor the delivery of the units to time and budget
- Manage specified works and workforce
- Liaise with relevant bodies and departments to ensure delivery of the project
- Creation, management and monitoring of specified parts of project plan and budgets
- Co-ordinate labour and material requirements across the works
- Monitor workforce performance and quality of works
- Attend site and management meetings as required
- Maintain complete and accurate online and printed records for all aspects of works, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulation and company policies
