Construction & Property Recruitment is a privately owned Scottish consultancy specialising in recruiting professionals in the built environment and finding careers for candidates working within construction and property disciplines. The business is nearly 10 years old and, since opening in 2004, has enjoyed the levels of business required to grow significantly while developing a specialist track record and reputation in a market saturated with generalist agencies. The business currently has offices in Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Newcastle and employs over 20 staff.
The Edinburgh office of C&P predominantly works with clients and candidates based in East Central Scotland and, due to continued growth, is looking to recruit an experienced consultant to join the team.
The successful applicant will be a motivated individual with previous experience in sales and/or recruitment and be able to demonstrate the ability to
- recognise and exploit commercial opportunities
- identify, organise and prioritise tasks effectively
- communicate excellently at various levels (face to face, by phone and through various media)
- excel at business to business sales
- recognise and fulfil customer requirements
- set and achieve individual and team targets
- enjoy a productive and fast paced working environment
