Description
My client is looking to employ a project manager to oversee planned works on a residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with the planning and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. This is a temporary position with the option to go permanent should the successful candidate wish to move into a permanent role.



Requirements:
  • Managing tradesman
  • Project delivery within budget and allotted times
  • Reporting to asset managers
  • Tenant communication
  • Some reactive maintenance
  • Working within deadlines
  • Working within busy and growing team
