- My client is a small team of Independent Financial Advisers based in Edinburgh. Due to their continued success they are urgently looking to recruit an administrator preferably with Financial services experience, although this is not essential.
Ideally you will be able to work under pressure and have exceptional attention to detail. Good written, verbal and organisational skills are essential qualities for this position and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be useful.
The main duties of this position are to ensure that all meetings, enquiries and subsequent dealings with clients are conducted in a professional manner and comply with the companies’ procedures. Prepare paperwork pre and post client appointments. Submit new business applications and track their progress. Also, you will be expected to liaise effectively with the advisors, product providers, lenders and clients as well as conduct general administrative duties.
