Description
C&P Recruitment are working with a leading Private Surveying Practice. This client is currently looking to hire a Quantity surveyor to join their team of experienced professionals and work on a variety of exciting projects.

Duties:

- Preparing cost plans, bill of quantities, tender documents and cost reports

- Communicating with clients

- Negotiating and agreeing valuations for interim and final accounts

- Work on a variety of projects including new builds, fitout and refurbishment

The ideal candidate will have:

-          A degree in Quantity Surveying               


-          A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Private Practice
