- Quantity Surveyor
My client is a specialist sub contractor working within the building and civil engineering specialising in interior refurbishments. Due to an increase in business, the client is seeking a quantity surveyor to join, their commercial team.
Duties
- working with commercial staff
- collecting information from clients to place and process
- material take offs from construction drawings
- costing client requirements
- confirming orders with clients
- allocating works to site crews
- confirming working arrangements with clients and work crews
- managing works on site and liaising with clients and work crews
- on site measurement and valuation
- confirming completion of works
- applications for payments
- signing off completed works
