- My client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic and growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support the business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote the company's people and culture values and enable business success through human resource management, including recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
·Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
·Manage the recruitment and selection process, by identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent.
·Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of employees.
·Nurture a positive working environment. Promoting values and equal opportunities for all employees.
·Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
·Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, by implementing a first class learning and development process.
·Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
·Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
·Proven working experience as a HR Manager or looking to progress to HR Manager.
·People-oriented and results-driven.
·Ability to work with the strictest of confidence.
·Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
·In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
·Must be adaptable, flexible and with a strong ability to solve problems.
