Description

I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Site Manager on behalf of my client to join their team. The successful candidate have a minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering management. You will oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
·Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
·Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and address any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
·Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
·Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications.
·Implement and maintain site safety procedures and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
·Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
·Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site management or a related field.
·Proven track record of successfully managing civil construction projects from inception to completion.
·Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
·Excellent leadership and team management skills.
·Strong organisational and time management abilities.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
