- Construction and Property recruitment was established in 2004, with 20 years in the business we provide temporary and permanent skilled trade-persons and labour to the construction industry. C&P is a well known agency all throughout Scotland with well established clientele.
C&P Recruitment are looking for a recruitment consultant to be a part of our trades and labour team, for an extremely busy office in the city centre of Edinburgh.
Salary is negotiable on experience, and we offer excellent commission scheme.
The Role:
As a Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure we provide the best candidates for their roles.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a recruitment role, any background of recruitment or sales
• Hard working and target focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
