They are now seeking a talented and experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join their dynamic Senior Leadership team.
Role Overview:
As a Construction Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the contractual and build aspects of their construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all contractual elements of construction projects from inception to completion
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or disputes promptly
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prepare and review detailed reports on contract status and performance
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, legislation, and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
