- Exciting new opportunity to working with one of Scotland's most awarded residential developers, looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to their team in Stirling.
The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of lead generation and marketing support. This role is perfect for an individual who excels at creating engaging stories and is eager to contribute to the growth of their business in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the brand through their portal listings, website upkeep, and digital presence. Manage paid advertising and pay-per-click campaigns.
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team. Develop relationships with agency contacts.
Provide monthly marketing reports to be used in marketing meetings.
Maintain the website and digital presence, including portal listings, paid advertising, and pay-per-click campaigns.
Continuously analyse competitor social media strategies and websites, staying updated on trends and highlighting new ideas.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in brand development and a keen interest in taking on new challenges.
Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to measure results to ensure their external communications add value.
A team player, eager to learn and passionate about making a difference in a dynamic team environment.
Working Hours:
This role requires 38.75 hours per week
Qualifications:
Must have a driving license
1 years' experience in marketing/brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all social networking platforms
