Description
C&P Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded client of ours who have award winning new home build developments all across Scotland.

Our highly regarded client is looking for a site manager to work in Prestonpans and Winchburgh as soon as possible.

Pay rate is negotiable on experience and references.

These roles are to cover holiday leave, but for the right candidate this can lead on to more opportunities for yourself.

You will need to have a background knowledge and experience in working on new build projects.

The duties for this job will consist of:
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the site
  • supervising the trades and labour on site
  • Ensuring health and safety is met at all times
  • Dealing with customers and clients in a well manner who will visit the site
To be accepted for this role you must have:
  • SMSTS 
  • First aid
  • CSCS card
  • Full PPE
