- My client, an awarding winning housebuilder is looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Build Sales Advisor to join the team and help buyers find their dream homes. In this role, you will be the face of the company, guiding prospective buyers through the process of purchasing new homes. You will provide exceptional customer service, detailed knowledge of their properties, and expert guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable home buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with visitors at the sales office, building strong relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
·Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our properties, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability. Be knowledgeable about the local area and amenities.
·Sales Presentation: Conduct property tours, providing detailed information about the design, construction quality, and customisation options available. Highlight unique selling points and answer any questions the buyers might have. Process all sales administration.
·Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with buyers throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure a smooth handover of the property upon completion. Monitor survey feedback.
·Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams and mortgage advisors to coordinate the sale and delivery of the property. Monitor entry dates and completion of missives. Regular progress/update reports to be submitted.
·Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the leadership team.
Qualifications:
·Sales experience, preferably new home sales
·Strong relationship building skills
·Excellent customer service skills
·Evidence of working towards and achieving targets
·Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
