Description
My client is a leading construction company committed to excellence and innovation. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a meticulous and organised Document Controller to join the team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of their document management processes. As a Document Controller you will manage and maintain company documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. The ideal candidate will be proficient in document control practices and software, with the ability to support various departments by managing the flow of documentation. You will be responsible for storing, cataloguing, and retrieving documents, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
·Maintain and update document control systems and procedures.
·Manage the distribution and filing of documents.
·Ensure documents are stored and archived appropriately.
·Scanning and copying documents for team managers.
·Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
·Converting information from project teams into user-friendly documents
·Coordinate the review and approval process for documents.
·Remain up to date with industry legislation and company policies and procedures.
·Adhere and implement Company Health & Safety policy and procedures.
·Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
·Provide training to staff on document control processes.
·Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
·Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Relevant business administration qualification.
·Excellent administration skills.
·Excellent organisational and time management skills.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control and industry terms
·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary dependent on experience
