Description
My client is a reputable Property Management firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and tenants alike. With a focus on professionalism, integrity, and efficiency, they strive to exceed expectations in managing a portfolio of customers. They are currently seeking a dynamic individual with experience in Property Management and Factoring to join the team.
As a Property Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of properties and ensuring their smooth operation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties and be responsible for the instruction and monitoring of repairs.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
  • Co-ordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely and quality repairs and services.
  • Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims.
  • Utilising property management software to maintain accurate records of property-related activities, expenses, and communication.
  • Utilising factoring experience to manage common areas, communal services, and shared facilities effectively.
  • Plan, attend and manage evening AGM's.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Experience in factoring is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software is preferable.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work to targets.
  • Full, clean driving licence required
