Description
My client is a prestigious law firm based in Inverness City Centre. They are committed to delivering exceptional legal solutions and personalised client care. My client are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in the following

Commercial Property
Residential Property
Rural
Private Client

Responsibilities:

Assist Solicitors in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate communication between clients, Solicitors, and external parties.
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
Provide exceptional client service and support, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in private client and property services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
