- One of the UK's most prestigious and bespoke residential developers has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Gateshead Office. You will join a strong Commercial team and deliver all commercial aspects for residential developments across the North East of England.

This is a massive opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fast-track your career with Bespoke Residential Developer.
You will be responsible for all commercial and surveying activities, ensuring financial objectives are met- often on multiple sites at various stages of the build programme.
To be considered you will ideally possess:
• Experience within the new build Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
• Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a main contractor will also be considered
In addition to the salary and package, you will get the flexibility to plan your day-to-day duties- including working hours and planned visits to the site all of which should cut down on travel and allow for a more flexible work/life balance.
