Location: Highlands of Scotland
Salary: £55,000+ per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Our client, a leading Heating and Renewables contractor based in the picturesque Highlands of Scotland, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV Charging projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest standards, demonstrating exceptional technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Lead and coordinate small teams of engineers and subcontractors, providing guidance, support, and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Prioritize excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Proficient in electrical installation, repair, and maintenance, possessing necessary certifications and qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience managing small teams of engineers and subcontractors in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong electrical aptitude with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and service delivery, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
