Our client a leading construction main contractor is seeking a talented and motivated Construction Business Development Manager to join their team.

As they continue to expand their operations, they are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our business to new heights.
As the Construction Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Identifying potential clients and markets, and building strong relationships to generate new leads.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion.
• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
• Negotiating and closing deals while maintaining a customer-focused approach and ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Tracking and analysing sales performance metrics to continuously improve strategies and achieve targets.
• Providing insights and feedback to senior management to refine business development strategies.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in construction business development, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market trends, regulations, and project lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
