Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate cost estimation, measurement, and valuation of projects
Prepare detailed bills of quantities, tenders, and contract documents
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective cost control and forecasting
Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and identify cost variations
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless project delivery
Provide expert advice on contractual matters and swiftly resolve disputes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within residential development
Proficiency in industry-standard software
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
