- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join a leading family-owned bottling business based in Glasgow.
C and P Recruitment is delighted to bring this new and exciting opportunity to market on behalf of a well-established and privately-owned bottling business that is making strategic key hires within its 2023 business growth plans. This opportunity would suit someone coming from a Customer Service background who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Duties will include:
Principal contact for customers - liaise with customers daily ensuring they receive excellent service.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate business growth.
Price new orders.
Review bottling orders and prioritise as required.
Check that invoices and charges are correct.
Oversee Planning function - direct report (Production Planner) - maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Complaints logging, processing, and resolution.
Receive customers/visitors.
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
Work closely with warehouse, Spirit control, and Production departments.
Reuirements and Skills:
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager.
Experience in providing customer service support.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Proficiency in English.
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
Awareness of the industry's latest technology trends and applications.
Ability to think strategically and to lead.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

What's on offer is a salary of up to £45k + Package (Hybrid Working).
