- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre- Construction Manager to join a Bespoke New Build and Renovations Developer bases in Edinburgh and the Central Belt of Scotland.
C and P Recruitment is delighted to bring this new and exciting opportunity to market on behalf of a well-established and privately-owned developer who is making strategic key hires within their 2023 business growth plans. This opportunity would suit someone coming from a Design or Engineering background within the construction sector who is looking to take their career to the next level with a planned route to Directorship as the company grows.
To be considered for this position you must have:
·Managing, overseeing, and reporting on all elements of preconstruction elements such as pre-development planning & planning application; utility application, technical and construction design; discharging planning conditions, building warrant applications & notifications.
·Supporting operational teams, design team, finance and technical teams throughout conceptual, design, pre-construction, and construction project stages, and reporting to management teams.
·Leading value Engineering exercises
·Liaising with clients during design and early construction phases
·Producing ad-hoc technical support to operational teams
·Provide ad-hoc support during appraisal and tendering stages of construction projects

What's on offer is a salary of up to £65k + Car Allowance or Pick Up + Package.
