- C&P Recruitment are looking for a trainee recruitment resourcer to resource for trades and labour, for an extremely busy office in the city centre of Edinburgh
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in the recruitment industry. This may also lead to a consultant position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consultants to source candidates for job requirements
- Identify candidates through social media, job board applications. CV's , databases etc
- Screen candidates by phone and email against set criteria
- Present suitable candidates to consultants with key information
- Manage candidates and their expectations when passing on feedback and arranging interviews
- Uploading candidate details to database
- Answering calls and emails
- General admin duties
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Good organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- Team player
