- We are delighted to bring to market an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established House builder in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge to join a growing business with a large pipeline of projects who recognise and reward there staff accordingly.
They have a reputation for building quality affordable homes, take a collaborative approach to work and promote having a strong work life balance.
Duties will include
· Cost valuation reports
· Sub-contractor meetings and orders
· Site Meetings
· Paying sub-contractors
· Liaising with sub-contractors, engineers and colleagues
· Variations/Amendments
Must be/have- House Building Experience (Relevant construction will be considered)
- Demonstrable Experience within Quantity Surveying
- Experienced with Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills
