- C&P are delighted to bring to market a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction business in West Lothian.
The projects they work on are varied and interesting and they have a number of long term contracts and strong key relationships which has created a very strong pipeline for the years ahead.
You will be joining a friendly team of surveyors and will recieve a lot of freedom in regards where you work (office/home/site) with further support and development to further your career.
Duties & Responsibilities- Managing multiple contracts at a time
- Following projects from start to finish
- Monthly valuations
- Procurement & negotiation with sub-contractors
Requirements:- Relevant Qualification & experience within Quantity Surveying
- Ideally experienced within a Project Q.S role.
- Full UK driving licence.
