- Description
- We are currently working with a well established construction company based in West Lothian who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant/Finance Administrator to join the team.
The role will be office based Monday-Friday and you will be joining a close knit friendly financial department which can offer opportunities to further develop your career and progression.
Duties will include:- Dealing with credit payment
- Supplier queries/statements
- Management accounts (Proift & Loss, Balance sheets)
- Updating Purchase & sales ledgers
- Ad-hoc duties, answering phone, setting up meeting rooms for client meetings, stationary ordering etc.
- Qualifications
- HNC/HND or Degree in Accounting
- Drivers licence
- Purchase/Sales ledger experience
- Management accounts experience
- Ideally experience with Xero & CIS payments but full training will be provided
