One of the UK’s largest Contractors has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Senior or Project Quantity Survey in their Aberdeen office. You will join a strong Commercial team and deliver all commercial activity across a wide range of projects in the North East of Scotland and Aberdeen.

This is a massive opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fast-track your career with Scotland’s leading main contractor.
You will be responsible for all commercial and surveying activities, ensuring financial objectives are met- often on multiple sites at various stages of the building program.
To be considered you will ideally possess:
• Experience working with a main contractor/ Tier 1 is desired
• Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a residential developer will also be considered
