- C&P Recruitment are thrilled to be working alongside one of our most renowned clients again. Our client is one of the UK's largest and most respected house builders and we are working with them to find a Sales Advisor who is ready to start as soon as possible.
The role will consist of these duties amongst others:
- Presentation of the site and sales complex must be a high standard at all times.
- Show potential buyers homes, plots and the site, demonstrating exactly what's on offer.
- Understanding and informing on the clients Health and Safety Policy.
- Maintaining accurate records using the clients in house CRM system.
- Regular contact with solicitors and financial advisors.
- Attend and minute weekly sales meetings.
- Proactive engagement with Sales Manager to increase sales.
The following are important to be considered for the role:
- Face to face sales experience (house building desirable).
- Effective negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to adapt to new systems.
- Flexibility in day to day duties and hours.
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays.
