- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/ Head of Back office Support to join one of Scotland's leading Wealth and Assist Management Firms based in Edinburgh.
C&P Recruitment is delighted to bring this new and exciting opportunity to market on behalf of a well-established and hugely successful privately-owned Wealth Management firm.
As Head of Support, reporting to the Company Directors, you will have responsibility for many areas within the business:
• Overall day to day management of the business.
• Management of the support structure (which includes 1 paraplanners & 8 support team members)
• Provide support to company Directors.
• Responsibility for all company events alongside other team members
• Point of contact for all office IT requirements.
• Responsibility for the recruitment process within the business.
• Development of Staff Appraisals structure and Management ongoing
• Responsibility for the support structure and managing staff workloads
As part of the management of the support team, you will drive and deliver an effective and value-added service, supporting the Senior Leadership team across the business.
Other Responsibilities
• Sending letter of authorities
• Preparing Annual Reviews
• Preparing Illustrations
• Obtaining Valuations and Plan Information online/by phoning providers
• Preparing Compliance Files
• Dealing with day-to-day client requests
• Handling Applications for new business
• Responding to client emails
• Add new plans and fees to Xplan
• Updating client fact find information on Xplan
• Other general admin tasks
