Description
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Main Contractor in Inverness.

C&P Recruitment is delighted to bring this new and rare opportunity to market on behalf of a Leading successful Main contractor with a reputation for delivering quality projects.

Our client is looking to attract an experienced Quantity Surveyor capable of managing and controlling several developments, projects can include construction of Offices, Education, Hotels, Leisure with values up to £20 million. You will have fully commercial responsibility over these projects and play a key part of the commercial team.

To be considered for this position you must have:
  • Proven experience within Quantity Surveying either in Construction
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Drive, enthusiasm and the ability to represent and reflect the company to a high standard
  • Excellent Communicator
  • BSC in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent Experience
