- C&P Recruitment are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction company who specialise within M&E installations in the healthcare sector,
This company have been established for over 15 years and due to their reputation for high quality they are first choice for a number of blue chip clients which has ensured a large pipeline of repeat projects.
They are looking for an experienced contracts manager to oversee around 4 live projects with site based managers at any time ranging from £50k-£2 million pound plus.
This position will be mainly field based with the with flexibility of working from home 1-2 days per week.
In order to qualify for the role, you must have
·Experience overseeing multiple contracts within construction (Electrical installations/Fit out/Refurbishments
·Experience with Microsoft office
·SMSTS & CSCS
·Drivers licence and happy to travel to projects as required
The following would be advantageous but not essential
·Mechanical and or/Electrical experience
·Healthcare experience and knowledge of HTM/HBNS
·Experience with Autodesk
·Procurement/supply chain management/buying experience
