- C&P Recruitment are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a well established construction company who specialise within M&E installations in the healthcare sector,
This company have been established for over 15 years and work primarily within the NHS, due to there reputation for high quality they are first choice for many companies and as such have a large pipeline of repeat projects with blue chip clients.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to take full commercial responsibility which will include overseeing from initial estimation, tendering, take offs, document approval, valuations, variations, sub-contractor payments and handover.
You will generally oversee 3-4 live projects at any one time and be responsible for turning around enquiries/estimates within a short period of time, they have a bill of quantities and costs on their system you can use and due to the nature of the projects the estimates generally follow the same process each time.
In order to qualify for the role you must have- Demonstrable experience as a Commercial Manager/ Senior Q.S looking to take next step
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experienced with Microsoft office and obtaining take-offs from Autodesk
Advantageous- Mechanical and or/Electrical experience
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of HTM/HBNS
- Procurement/supply chain management/buying experience
