Description
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Demolition and Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to join one of Scotland's leading privately owned Demolition/Asbestos Removal Contractors on projects based throughout Scotland.

Our client is looking to attract an experienced Contracts Manager capable of managing multiple projects to award-winning quality and safety standards.

With a vast portfolio of projects underway and more about to start across Scotland this is an immediate opportunity to join this successful company as they strengthen their management team and commit to long term partnerships within the construction sector.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Estimation of Demolition and Asbestos Removal Activities which will include complex projects across most industry sectors.

• Preparation of compliant Risk and Method Statement sand project safety documentation.

• Management and coordination of on-site plant and resources.

• Monitoring and reporting on project specific profit and loss.

• Management and coordination of demolition and asbestos removal site managers and operatives.

• Preparation and submission of statutory demolition and asbestos removal notices and coordination with clients and enforcing authorities.

• Key Client Management.

• Demolition Qualifications (Certificates Required)

• Asbestos Removal Qualifications (Certificates Required)

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Health & Safety Legislation.

• Full driving licence.

Salary dependent on experience. There are also genuine opportunities to develop you career - both financially and operationally.

This full-time position reports to the Directors.

Company vehicle will be provided.
