- C&P recruitment are currently working with a well-established, Edinburgh based residential lettings and sales agent, who are currently looking for a property administrator to join their fantastic team. You will be based within the heart of Edinburgh, working with a company that prides itself on providing the highest quality service levels.
The ideal Candidate:
You will be someone who thrives to always provide the best service possible, with the ability to work as a team whilst also being able to work independently, taking full ownership of your own tasks.
Lettings or wider property industry experience is advantageous but it is not essential for the role. Qualifications such as Propertymark or Letwell are preferred but are also not essential.
2 years office experience is required.
Duties will include:
-Arranging Viewings
-Referencing Tenants
-Creating PRT lease documents
-Maintaining positive communications with Landlords and tenants
-Ensure all information and data are kept fully up to date
-Taking rental and deposit payments
-Handling main office email and phone enquires
-Any other duties reasonably requested
