- Description
- We are currently working on an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager/Experienced Advisor to join a well established M&E contractor in Edinburgh.
This company is very well established, have a steady workflow due to the quality of work they produce and work on a diverse range of projects.
This role would suit an experienced H&S Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced H&S advisor looking to take that next step with a business that can offer fantastic career development.
In this position you will oversee all H&S for the company and report directly into the MD & Senior Management team and ensure that the company is up to date and upholding H&S to a high standard.
Duties will include- Provide advice, support and guidance on HSQE Matters
- Ensure the company is up to date with H&S legislation
- Provide advise on PPE & safety training
- Monitor safety performance
- Maintain H&S Management systems
- Reviewing and advising on risk assessments, method statements
- H&S team meetings
Qualifications- NEBOSH General
- Demonstrable experience within construction (Ideally 5 years+)
- CSCS card
Desirable- IOSH
- Experience within Electrical or mechanical engineering
