- Job title: Administrator
Reports to: Commercial Manager
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis including purchase ledger entries and CIS deductions as well as carrying out administrative duties themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
·Purchase ledger inputs and management
·CIS deductions
·Organising meetings and managing databases
·Assisting with organising company events
·Ordering stationery and furniture
·Preparing letters, presentations and reports
·Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
·Assist in ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
·Using a range of software packages
·Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.

Qualifications and Experience:
· Experience in an administrative role
· Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
